Pooh Cottage
Located at 7 Wentworth Street in the historic Tasmanian township of Bothwell, Pooh Cottage was originally built in 1833 as the gatekeeper’s house for the neighbouring Wentworth House.
The heritage stone property has since been tastefully renovated to blend its authentic 19th-century character with modern comforts. It has been welcoming the public as a self-contained holiday stay since 2012.
The cottage sits just metres from the peaceful Clyde River and provides easy proximity to the historic Ratho Farm Golf Course, central highland fishing lakes, and Mt Field National Park.
